Festiva's IT department is currently working on perfecting the online reservations
system. Until this is complete, you can contact Festiva's Central Reservations
department for reservations. You can call them at the number listed above during
office hours, or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response from a reservationist.
Most reservations can be made up to 365 days ahead of the check-in date as long as you are current on your maintenance fees for the year of the reservation. If the maintenance fees for that year have not been determined or billed yet, you can always pre-pay at the current year's rate and then be billed any difference when the invoices are sent.
Keep in mind that all reservations are based upon availability. Certain dates and holidays in some of our resort destinations are extremely popular, so it is highly recommended to book these weeks well in advance. You can contact Owner Services or the resort's front desk to find out about their most high-demand weeks. For example; 4th of July week in the Myrtle Beach area, Veteran's Week in Branson, and any time during the Spoleto Festival in Charleston will tend to get full early.
If you are a Festiva Adventure Club member, consult your Member Directory or Festiva's website to determine which Festiva resort you would like to visit. If you have a specific date or time of year in mind, and you know the number of people you will be traveling with, consult the resort points chart to determine the number of points required for your reservation. This information will help our well-trained Owner Services representatives make your reservation.
If you are a float week owner at a Festiva resort, please contact Festiva's Central Reservations department with your requested dates within your color season. You can also complete a reservation request form through the Owners' section of Festiva's website.
If you own a fixed week, then your reservation will be automatically made each year. Please refer to your contract or contact Owner Services if you are unsure of whether you own a fixed or float week.
